I bought this last Dec for my refrigerator thinking that it will come good for summer. I installed the first filter today and it does not work and in fact it is dangerous. The water that comes out started with charred black color and continued to be grey till we flushed out over 5 gallons. This filter is worthless. Now the return window is closed so I cannot return the other 2 unopened filters back. Save your money and do not buy this. Though the price seems good. The product is really bad!

Great price for the three. Spent more 2 from Home depot. went right in, direct replacement  .
